Location is great for Seattle though area is a downtown one so a bit gritty. There are homeless folks around although nobody bothered us. Staff in the hotel have been exceptionally pleasant and useful and created a really nice environment. My spouse and I enjoyed this hotel very a lot especially the food and spirits at the Polar Bear Lounge. Beautiful metropolis with excellent views of the snowclad mountains and the attractions across the harbor. However, the realm in and around downtown Seattle/Pikes Place Market has a lot of homeless people and at time felt unsafe and very unclean. We are not going back to Seattle in close to future.

Big plus for us is the bed we had was quite agency, aided in a great night’s sleep. We booked for a standard room, but had been upgraded to an executive suite. The condo exceeded our expectations, and the standard of the room, furnishings, and facilities was wonderful.
